WGR Southwest, Inc. was founded in 1996. We are still independent, still in the field, and still writing plans that a superintendent can use in the rain.
Environmental, health, and safety work fails when it is only paperwork. WGR was built the other way around: consultants who write the SWPPP, walk the site, train the crew, and pick up the phone when a Regional Board letter arrives.
The practice is led from Los Alamitos, California, with a Northern California office in Lodi — home of FORGE training and much of our QSP/QSD instruction.
We do not pretend to be a national conglomerate. Clients hire WGR because the same people who sit in the kickoff meeting are the ones who can certify the plan and stand on the slope when the wattles fail.
